法国航空确认，2022年4月11日从巴黎飞往上海的AF198航班将会正常载客运营。鉴于目前上海防疫形势，上海浦东机场的地勤服务无法得到保障，计划于2022年4月12日从上海飞往巴黎的AF193航班将会被取消。
此外，根据中国民航总局（CAAC）发布的通知，计划于2022年4月14日和4月21日从巴黎飞往天津的AF382航班将会被取消。2022年4月16日和4月23日从北京飞往巴黎的回程航班AF393将会正常载客运营。
已经预订了上述被取消航班的旅客将会收到法国航空的相关通知。法航已采取必要的商业措施，以保证旅客出行的灵活性，若更改旅行计划则无须支付改票费。
